Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment or an agreed advance has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation.
Made-to-order items
Pieces made in a non-stock fabric, size or finish are produced specifically for you. Once production has started these cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and the advance paid is non-refundable.
Delivery timelines
Stock items normally ship within three to seven working days. Made-to-order pieces take two to four weeks depending on the item. If a timeline slips we will tell you before the original date, not after it.
Warranty
Frames carry a one to three year warranty depending on the product, as stated on each product page. The warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects. It does not cover normal fabric wear, damage from moving the item yourself, or damage from water, pets or misuse.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Please make sure the piece fits through your doors, stairs and lift before ordering; we can advise on this if you send measurements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.
