Delivery inside Faisalabad
Free delivery and assembly on every order. Our own team brings the piece in, assembles it in the room you want it in, and takes the packaging away.
Delivery across Pakistan
Flat-rate shipping to Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Multan, Peshawar and Gujranwala, quoted at checkout. Other cities are quoted individually before you pay. Large items are delivered to your door; assembly instructions and hardware are included.
Delivery timelines
Stock items ship in three to seven working days. Made-to-order pieces take two to four weeks. We call the day before delivery to confirm a time window.
Check on arrival
Please inspect the piece while the delivery team is still there. Any transit damage noted at that point is replaced or repaired at our cost, with no argument.
Returns
Stock items can be returned within seven days of delivery if they are unused, unassembled where applicable, and in their original packaging. Return collection is charged at the original delivery rate and deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days of the item reaching our warehouse.
What cannot be returned
Made-to-order pieces, custom fabrics and custom sizes, clearance items sold as-is, and any item damaged after delivery.
Faults and repairs
If something fails inside its warranty period, message us on WhatsApp with photos and your order number. We repair on site where possible, collect the piece where it is not, and cover both under warranty.
