When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to answer any question you send us. We will only send marketing messages if you have asked for them, and every message includes a way to stop.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with our delivery partners and our payment provider. We do not sell customer data to anyone.

This site uses cookies to keep your cart and account session working, and basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working.
Your rights
Write to hello@durienfurniture.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within seven working days. Order records are kept for the length of the applicable warranty.
